Dan Carlson is Avatar Associates' Managing Director of Marketing and Product Development. Dan
leads Avatar's institutional sales efforts targeting corporate defined
benefit plans, public plans, endowments and foundations, annuity
platforms and defined contribution plan providers. Previously, he was a
Vice President at Delaware Investments where he led the successful
entry into the college savings plan (529) market and generated $750+
million in AUM in combined sales through the development, launch and
management of other offerings for advisor-sold markets and
institutional, direct-sold markets. Dan served as Delaware's principal
product manager for the firm's retirement products/services
representing $16 billion in AUM through IRAs, 150 investment-only
plans, and thousands of full-service plans. From 1983 to 1995, Dan held
a variety of positions at Buck Consultants, Inc. where he served as
Principal and Benefit Consultant directing and leading consulting
engagements with major corporate clients. Dan launched his career at
Harris Trust and Savings Bank, specializing and launching the bank's
record keeping business to the defined contribution plans. Dan
graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in Accountancy in
1977, passed the Illinois CPA examination, and is NASD Series 7, 63,
52, and 53 certified.
Theodore M. Theodore, CFA. As President and Chief Investment Officer, Ted Theodore leads Avatar's
investment process and research team, manages the firm's asset
allocation models, and is Chief Editor of the firm's monthly market
commentary, the Avatar Advisor. Prior to joining the firm in 1989, Ted
was co-founder of Prospect Advisors, a boutique institutional asset
management firm. Previously, Mr. Theodore served as
Strategist/Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley Asset Management, and as
Director of Equity Strategy at Citibank, N.A. Ted regularly appears as
a featured speaker at leading educational conferences and seminars, and
has authored numerous articles about quantitative techniques and
derivative instruments to manage institutional portfolios. Mr.
Theodore earned his M.B.A in Finance and B.A. in Economics from the
University of Michigan. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr. Theodore is
a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the
Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR).

Harry J. Clark, CFP, is the President and CEO of Clark Capital Management Group. Harry established Clark Capital Management Group as an independent financial adviser
in 1986 following a number of years in the financial services industry. Desiring
to provide the highest quality service to investors, Harry emphasized independent
market research and in-depth economic analysis which led to the development of proprietary
market models. Clark Capital maintains itself at the cutting edge through the development
of innovative investment products in response to the opportunities and challenges
of constantly changing markets and technological advances. Sought after for commentary
and interpretation of the markets, Harry appears frequently on Bloomberg radio and
television. He is also a frequent guest on CNBC and CNN and has contributed to
articles in a number of nationally distributed business journals and newspapers
including Business Week, the Chicago Tribune, LA Times, and the Financial Times.
Mr. Clark earned his B.S. and M.S. from Villanova University and holds the CFP designation.
K. Sean Clark, CFA, is the Chief Investment Officer at Clark Capital Management Group. As Clark Capital's Chief Investment Officer, Sean directs all of the Firm's investment
activities. Sean is responsible for asset allocation and investment selection for
Navigator Investment Solutions as well as
directing ongoing market research and contributing to the development of proprietary
products. In addition, Sean is a member of the Clark Capital Management Committee.
Sean graduated from the University of Delaware, earning a B.S. and an M.A. in Economics.
Sean is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute (formerly
AIMR) and the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia, Inc. Sean frequently appears on
CNBC and Bloomberg TV.
